We had already had the chance twenty years ago to make a short stay in Tunisia, it was already in Hammamet, at the "Mediterranean" club This time we have deviated from our organizational rule by keeping things simple. A turnkey trip with an airline, Transavia. No time to spend organizing a relaxing holiday in the sun. Members will have access to personal encrypted data, cost of accommodation, transport, on-site leisure. In short, the total cost of our vacation, at 3.
For me, I found the hotel pleasant. The common areas are clean and spacious.
It is an F-shaped building, with several hundred rooms in the upper part of the F, on 4 levels. The lower part is reserved for the common areas, reception, shop, lounges, bars, restaurant, indoor swimming pool and spa. A first outdoor swimming pool framed by the rooms (most of which have a view of this swimming pool) is protected from noise and quite "intimate", it is pleasant, warm and with a maximum depth of 1m40
The second swimming pool, lagoon, very pretty and vast, with a maximum depth of 1m50, in 2 zones: 1 child with gradual descent and the other more adults, deeper with an aquatic play area
The hotel organizes "moss parties" there with local or electro music.
But the big downside, for us grumbling, is that the music is almost permanent there but above all....it Screams!!! It's no longer sound, it's noise! Impossible to talk to each other and stayed there for more than 10 minutes!
It's extremely unfortunate because it's a very pleasant and aesthetic place but really, the noise level is "crazy" The dining room is quite large and the staff is attentive, smiling, pleasant and available. It is a kind of hotel club for families. The all-inclusive formula allows you to eat almost all day. The food is correct without being exceptional. I personally have not, or almost not, had a pleasant meal. I didn't enjoy myself. As often on this destination we were victim of "la Tourista". And she ruined our stay! Absolutely avoid ice cubes and tap water. While writing this review I realize that we have no photo of the room and the dining room...
